Daily Abundance Practice for tapping into the abundant flow in your business.
Gratitude 🙏
As I am building my business in this fast paced world, I make it my daily spiritual practice to immerse myself in feelings of gratitude. By being grateful for all the abundance within and around me, I open myself to see and receive more of it.
Gratitude is the golden key to seeing more abundance in form. By practicing gratitude, we are able to expand our electromagnetic field emanating from our hearts.
The truth is, our hearts are transmitters of energy and information from our souls, and when we amplify our energy, we amplify our connection to the infinite energy of the universe and draws more blessings and abundance to us.
It’s a practice that we can do to quickly shift from scarcity to abundance frequency by recognizing the blessings and abundance that surround us each day.
Each morning, before you even step out of bed, try this new ritual:
✨ Practice gratitude - Thjnk of at least three abundance within and around you.
✨ Immerse your heart in feelings of gratitude.
✨ Feel the expansion of your heart’s electromagnetic field and its resonance with abundance frequency.
You are the source of abundance, because you have your unique gifts you are here to give to the world.

I used to spend so much energy on my not-enoughnes

I used to spend so much energy on my not-enoughness. I am not knowledgeable enough. I am not confident enough. I am not good enough. I am not ready enough. I am not outspoken enough. I am not connected enough. The list goes on and on. 🤯
Everyday, I would spend a big chunk of my day acquiring new knowledge, getting another certification, buying another course, or hiring more mentors. Until one day, one dear mentor of mine put me on the spot and asked me to present my offer in front of a group of 9 successful female entrepreneurs. To my disbelief, 6 out of 9 people said yes to my offer during the pitch and another one followed up and purchased that night.
That day, something shifted within me. The feedback I received that day shifted my whole being energetically. And to this day, I am forever grateful for my mentor who pushed me- when she believed that I could and I did!
As I reflected back, I also realized I had misused my energy focused on my not-enoughness which kept me in my comfort zone for a long time.
And I am here to share a shortcut:
To propel forward in your business, make it your top priority to get into energetic alignment everyday- by focusing on elevating your soul’s energetics.
Every morning, before you even step out of bed:
Align your soul identity to the infinite creator, self-healer, and super manifestor that you are!
Simply setting this intention will shift your energy state and vibration.
What would she focus her energy on?
What thoughts would she think? How would she speak to herself and others? What would she do?
Then, embody her. Be her now! 🙌
*Note: When negative mental chatter or limiting beliefs arise, acknowledge them, jot them down, and make a promise that you will come back to do some innerwork later. But first, realign with your true Identity.

✨in this reel, I was doing my inner work: processing past traumas and releasing negative emotions using Colors 🌈
I used to hustle so much, always striving for external validation, and feeling stuck in cycles of “trying” to do more, work harder, in order to make more money, so I can get <more things>.
I used to feel drowned in to-do lists, always planning everything I need to get done. I was overwhelmed by my never ending lists. I also felt defeated that I couldn’t get “everything done”, and I almost always put myself last at the bottom of the lists.
Until I burnt-out. I pursued external validations, materials or things until I burnt-out. But this same cycle repeated for over a decade until I finally woke up!
I finally saw the nudge from the universe and realized I wasn’t living my life.
It wasn’t until I delved into Spiritual Psychology teachings that I discovered the true wellspring of abundance resides within. I am the source of my abundance. I realized that I had given my power away and created scarcity from inner feelings of lack. But when I reclaimed my power, life started to flow. I started to flow with life.
Now, I’d like to invite you to shift your focus from external measures—money, clients—to the vast richness within your being.
✨Here’s the truth:
The very essence of you is abundance. When you do your inner work to clear the negative energetics of your soul and align with this truth, the external abundance also start to flow.
You are already abundant. It’s time to clear and release the feelings of lack and scarcity within to awaken your innate power.

I used to only focus on being positive and I thought that way I would be attracting everything I want in my life.
To some extent, yes, I manifested some material things to my life. But I didn’t realize I was spiritually bypassing all of my emotions. I wasn’t processing them. My health deteriorated, I was also battling extreme fatique symptoms which usually lasted 3-4 months each time. I was always working too hard and I felt I never had enough time for myself. I didn’t exercise. I depended on sugar each day to keep me going. I was living life almost on auto pilot mode each day and a month passed by, a year passed by, and boom, where did the time go?
I really thought that was just the way life should be. I was searching for something but I didn’t even know what I was searching for.
Until about 8 years ago, I finally started doing my inner work, the subconscious reprogramming work, when I realized there were so many limited identities, commands, programmings that were running my life.
When I finally started processing all the stuck emotions within me and releasing them, I got to know my truth, my truest self. I reclaimed my power to be the creator to design and create the abundant life I am here to live. An abundant life in all aspects of life.
The truth is, everything is an out-picturing of what’s happening within us. The identities, our beliefs, our thoughts, and the emotions within all project out energetically and manifested into form.
So if you are serious about creating and tapping into the abundant flow in all aspect of your life, I invite you to come on a journey with me. Let me guide you on a journey to clear your soul, reprogram your beliefs and start living authentically, living your truth, living your mission.

I’ve joined a 30 day Kundalini challenge and sta

I’ve joined a 30 day Kundalini challenge and started practicing Kundalini 9 days ago. The first day, it felt hard. It was uncomfortable and I couldn’t keep my arms up and struggled to finish the practice. I asked for tips to help making my practice less sore and less painful. I also felt a little bit of resistance the next day because it felt hard.
9 days later, I noticed for the first time I was able to keep my arms up throughout the whole practice. And then the word - consistency came to me.
I felt the gentle whisper telling me that “consistency” is the key 🔑 to achieve my business goal this year.
✨My goal to connect and serve. To connect and serve. ✨
I am starting a Facebook group, A place to connect with you and to serve you. A community where people connect, inspire, and grow together. I used to spend the night before the New Year list

I used to spend the night before the New Year listing out all of my goals for the new year.
A lot of the goals actually do happen but there’s that: I am doing _____in order to make something happen energy. It could feel a little bit forced, that trying hard, hustling hard energy which can be a little draining at times. I was achieving goals that my brain thinks I want rather than tuning in to see what I am meant to do.
That’s why I love doing quarterly visioning exercise in the Spiritual Psychology school with Dr. Erin during which I was revealed my callings, my highest visions, the divine gifts being expressed through me, my embodiments, etc.
I am choosing 2024 year is the year of Connection for me!
✨Connect to my beloved divine self

✨Healy, the best investment I’ve made for myse

✨Healy, the best investment I’ve made for myself, my family, and my business.
I use my Healy everyday to scan my physical body and bioenergetic field. Healy identifies that which is out of alignment or balance + recommends and sends frequencies to bring me back into harmony and balance physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. ✨
Like many others, I used to struggle so much when it comes to parenting. I had my daughter late and found out about my pregnancy really late. Since the day I found out about my pregnancy I became so anxious and worried about everything.
I expected this new motherhood role to be a high demanding role. However, I didn’t expect to lose myself in the constant worries and self-doubt- and self-blaming which led to so much anxiety.
I got to a point when I found my self always regretting about the past or worrying about the future and was no longer living in the now.
I went on a self-healing journey and a lot of the tools all helped. But Healy is the next level. It was able to reflect to me my energetic state in real time and sends me positive information into my field! It also identifies areas out of balance physically so I can be supported that way too.
So if you ask me about my biggest shift with Healy?
I would say - it’s mental balance.
Since we are all made up of 99% energies, it makes so much sense for me that this frequency device makes such a difference in my overall well-being.
In the picture, I was sending myself frequencies while waiting for my friend at a coffee shop. The second picture- I was sending the Prosperity Frequency to a client. Third picture is an example of my own aura scan results that I run daily.

I used to hustle so much. Always working so hard

I used to hustle so much. Always working so hard until the point of burnout. It was a pattern I thought I could never break.
I was always so tired, overwhelmed and so stressed.
Today, my mentor/ dear friend asked me about how I am doing balancing life? I have realized how far I’ve come. Overall, I feel at ease and at peace. Everyday, I make connecting with the source within as my priority to start my day with faith and trust. I feel so lit up about my work-my mission. I treasure all the connections and friendships I’ve made along the way. I deeply care about anyone whom I get to serve. I am so grateful for any projects I get to be on collaborating with so many people all with the intention to help more people or create greater impact together!
But it didn’t happen overnight. Even the version of me today is still continually to evolve and grow.
It takes work (within) to really get real with myself, to explore my truth and then make adjustments to what I say yes to and what to draw boundaries on so I can show up authentically, live my life authentically and build my business authentically.
It takes continuously leaning in to my emotions then process, and release them💗. Each time I do that, I see prove of my divine power of how everything was created (by me) in precision as I believed and hence reclaimed my power.
It also takes commitment to getting my mind right every day through daily spiritual practices and affirmative mind treatments.
Is there still stress? Yes, but it’s the stress that pushes me forward and to continuously grow.
Is it easy? It’s work (inner work) but it’ll be the best work you can do for yourself, your family and for your business!
