Dispute Resolution

To resolve disputes efficiently, you agree that any issues arising from your use of the Site will be handled according to these Terms of Use. You must first contact us to resolve issues informally, with or without mediation. If informal resolution fails, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration before a mutually agreed-upon arbitrator, who will award attorney’s fees and costs to the prevailing party.

All parties waive any right to a jury trial and agree to forgo class action claims.

Programs & Investment

By purchasing our Programs, Products, or Services, you agree to invest in yourself and assume financial responsibility.

Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important. Refund policies are as follows:

No refunds on digital products.

For coaching services or packages, should there be a special circumstance which you are no longer able to continue with the commitment, email info@chloeeteng.com. 

Payment Terms

I offer payment plans.

Credit Card Authorization

By using a card, you authorize us to charge it automatically and provide your information to third parties for payment processing. We do not accept chargebacks.

Confidentiality

We value your trust and respect your confidentiality. During the Program, you may share Confidential Information with us. “Confidential Information” excludes information that (1) is public, (2) was known to us before disclosure, or (3) is received rightfully from a third party.

We will strive to keep your Confidential Information safe and secure, and refrain from disclosing it to third parties. We implement measures to protect your Confidential Information when submitted through our Programs, Products, or Services.

However, due to the nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee complete security of your Confidential Information or any data transmitted. Submitting Confidential Information is at your own risk. While we use reasonable security measures, we make no guarantees regarding prevention of loss, misuse, or alteration of information.

You agree to treat any information about other group members as Confidential Information and will not disclose it to third parties without the prior written consent of the disclosing party.
